This notice belongs to Ticket Garaji E-Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, which operates the Uğurlu Boncuk shop. If the Turkish and English texts differ, the Turkish text applies. The controller notice is the KVKK page.

Data are collected on checkout and on the contact form. The cart stays in the browser until checkout. The shop does not sell personal data and does not use order data for unrelated marketing.

Order and financial records are kept only for the commercial and tax periods stated on the KVKK page, then deleted or anonymized. A contact message that does not become an order is deleted two years after it is answered.

Card details are processed by the payment provider. The order does not store a card number. The seller's responsibility for that provider is limited to using it to collect the price. The provider's own processing is the provider's responsibility.

The person who sends the information is responsible for its accuracy. A failed delivery or a failed match that comes from incorrect information is not a breach by the seller and is not a defect in performance.
