KVKK notice
The data controller is Ticket Garaji E-Ticaret Anonim Şirketi. If the Turkish and English texts differ, the Turkish text applies. This notice is given under Law No. 6698.
Data
The data are limited to the name, email, phone, and delivery address on the order; the order lines and amounts; the payment result reported by the payment provider; the message on the contact form; and the cookie preference. The cart stays in the buyer's browser until checkout. The card number and card security code are not collected.
Purpose and basis
The order, collection, and delivery are processed to form and perform the contract (Article 5/2-c). Tax and commercial records are kept because the law requires them (Article 5/2-ç). Misuse of an order is prevented, and a claim is exercised or defended, on the ground of legitimate interest (Article 5/2-f). Order data are not tied to a separate consent, so withdrawing consent is not a ground for deleting a record the law still requires the seller to keep.
Transfers
The payment result is received from the payment provider. Order and message records are kept in the seller's cloud database, which may be located outside Turkey. The transfer is limited to performance of the contract, collection, and the records the law requires the seller to keep. Personal data are not sold and are not given to third parties for marketing unrelated to the order.
Retention
Order and financial records are kept for the period the applicable rule requires. For commercial books that period is 10 years under Article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code. For tax records it is the limitation period in the Tax Procedure Law. A contact message that does not become an order is deleted 2 years after it is answered. When the period ends, the data are deleted or anonymized.
Applications
Requests under Article 11 are sent through the contact form, in Turkish, with enough information to confirm the applicant's identity. The seller does not act on an application whose identity cannot be confirmed, or on a request for another person's data. The reply is given within 30 days after the application reaches the seller. If the operation has a separate cost, the fee in the Board's tariff may be charged. Data the law requires the seller to keep are retained for that period even after a deletion request, and are not used for a purpose other than the order during that period. Cookies · Privacy
