Returns and withdrawal
These rules apply to orders placed with Ticket Garaji E-Ticaret Anonim Şirketi. If the Turkish and English texts differ, the Turkish text applies.
Period
The buyer may withdraw within 14 days after the day the goods are received, without giving a reason. The catalog is not made to order, so this right is not removed for that reason. The statutory remedies for a defect are separate and are not shortened by this page.
Notice
Notice is sent through the contact form. The message includes the order number, the buyer's name, the product name or SKU, and a clear statement of withdrawal. The seller uses this form so the notice is recorded. A notice whose intent is clear is not invalid because one detail is missing. The seller may ask for the missing detail before matching the return. There is no refund button on the site.
Return shipment
The goods are sent to the seller's Şişli address. On a withdrawal without a defect, the buyer pays the return shipping. This cost is also stated in the pre-information before the order, which is the condition for charging it to the buyer. The goods are sent back unused beyond the inspection needed to decide on the purchase, together with any accessories supplied. If use beyond that inspection reduced the value, the seller deducts that reduction from the refund. The seller pays the return shipping only when the goods are defective or different from the order.
Refund
The seller refunds within 14 days of the notice, to the same payment instrument. The seller may wait until the goods arrive or the buyer proves they were shipped. The refund is the price of the withdrawn goods and the ordinary delivery fee the buyer paid. A delivery method more expensive than the ordinary one the seller offered is refunded only up to the ordinary fee. Return shipping on a withdrawal without a defect is not refunded. Withdrawal from some lines only is notified on the same form and is handled on those lines, together with their share of the ordinary delivery fee.
